Hello

My Story

Growing up in a tight-knit community where family and neighbors were one and the same, I learned the value of belonging and the importance of place early on. These foundational values guided my journey, leading me to pursue a BS in Biology from Oklahoma City University. During my college years, I immersed myself in campus life, deepening my appreciation for community and connection.

My summers spent as a cabin counselor in the piney woods of southeast Texas further reinforced the significance of environment and community in shaping our sense of belonging. It was here, amidst the shores of a lake, that I forged lifelong friendships and discovered the profound impact of a supportive community.

In 2000, my family embarked on an adventure to Lake Wylie in York County, SC, with intentions of returning to Texas. However, fate had different plans as we fell in love with the charm and warmth of the Carolinas. Our time at YMCA Camp Thunderbird not only provided a picturesque setting to raise our daughters but also instilled in us the values of community, belonging, and stewardship.

Throughout my tenure at Camp Thunderbird and YMCA of Greater Charlotte, I held various roles, including Environmental Education Director, Executive Director, and Director of Philanthropy. These experiences deepened my appreciation for architecture and its ability to blend seamlessly with nature, creating sanctuaries that evoke a sense of peace and belonging.

Now, as a real estate agent, I am passionate about helping others find their sanctuary, their place of refuge, and their community. Whether you’re searching for a family home or a tranquil retreat nestled amidst nature, I am dedicated to providing exceptional care and guidance every step of the way.

I look forward to the privilege of working alongside you as you embark on your journey to find your sense of place and your forever home.
